Remembering Whitey

I want to thank all of my furriends who stopped by to offer their condolences when my love Whitey went to the Rainbow Bridge. I'm certain he was greeted by so many wonderful Bridge Angels of the Catblogosphere as well as my own family who came before.

I was the luckiest girlkitten in the whole world having Whitey as my sweetheart. I wanted to put something special together to remember the good times we had.

My mom helped me create a video tribute. I pawed over every bit of it to get it purrfect.

For those of you who are my new furriends, about a year ago, Whitey and I shared the trip of a lifetime when I hijacked a magic cheese bus and we traveled the world. For those of you who missed those posts and want to see it, the links are below.

Happy Valentines Day!

I wanted to share special Valentines that Whitey and I have given to each other in the past. Every time I think of him I purr.

I also sing a soulful sock song dedicated just to him.

Mitten and her Mancat on Monday

I'm super worried and sad today. On the eve of Valentines Day, my love Whitey is not feeling good. I've been pouting for days. I've got my whole family purring for him.

Will you do me a favor? Would you please purr for him too?

Coming Home on Sunday

Cory: Bye bye Whitey! I don't want our adventure to end but I know we have to get back to our families. I hope you don't get in trouble for being gone a whole week. I'd love to stay with you in the swamp for a week or so, but I bet my mom misses me and is worried. Gotta go.

Cory: That was a long trip back over the ocean...whoa! There's Whiskersconsin! I wanna see my momma again...but...um...as long as we're here there's one thing I wanna do.

Whitey: Srlsy. Let's do it!

The magic cheese bus can wait until tomorrow to take us home.
