More Camera Features!

My Mommeh's new camera is called a Samsung DV300F.  The "DV" part stands for dual view. This means there is a screen on the front of the camera for taking pictures of yourself  My Mommeh found out this feature is hard to use with cats!
Her arms are not long enough to get both of us in the picture.  And without a treat in front of me, I do not know where to look!  (see the Harleybutt in the background here?)
Many of them turned out blurry like this one!
And we both look like maniacs in this shot.
I guess it is still fun to fool around trying to take pictures of both of us.

About Cameras!

Hi, kitties! Why do I look crabilated? I do not know. I guess that is my natural expression. Let's talk about cameras today!
This is my Mommeh's regular camera for taking pictures of me and the Harley Quinn. It is the Canon Rebel XTi, and she has had it for a long time. It looks like this:

My Mommeh recently decided to trade in her smart phone for a dumb phone. But that meant she didn't have an easy way to share photos for me when she is away from the computer. So she got this new camera! It is called a Samsung DV300F. It has built-in WiFi, so we can share pictures directly to Facebook.

It has some neat features built-in like split screen photos, special effects and this is called a "motion" photo. Just select "motion" and press the button! Then select the part you want to animate, and size the field you are animating and voila! Here is what the animated photo looks like:

Harley wanted to be animated, too!

What camera do you use?

How Does THAT Work: Cameras!

It's ME. HARLEY! I have been trying to FIGURE OUT how cameras work for a LONG time. I know you POINT the camera and PRESS a button, but THEN what happens? Well, I finally have the ANSWER for you!
Inside EVERY camera is a wad of SILLY PUTTY!
You SEE, images are instantly TRANSFERRED onto the SILLY PUTTY! Daisy will DEMONSTRATE for you.
Sometimes, the pictures MIGHT come out BLURRY, if your mom does not KNOW HOW to take good pictures. This happens to OUR mom ALL the time!
But DO NOT WORRY! If you use PHOTOSHOP, you can FIX your picture. Here is how the IMAGE looks AFTER PHOTOSHOP!
I hope I have ANSWERED all of your QUESTIONS about CAMERAS.
